How do I find my Apple support case number? ›

To find your Case or Repair ID for support, service, or repairs, sign into My Support with the same Apple ID that you used to start your support, service, or repair, then look under the Recent Activity section.

The Case Number is used by Apple and yourself to identify the devices, its problem and its owner.

If you go to getsupport.apple.com and select "See your cases and repairs", you should be able to enter your case ID there and there may be the option to contact Apple Support. If you have an email with your case ID, you may be able to contact Apple Support by selecting the link under the case ID.
