I never thought I would miss @comcast but @LumosNetworks has been down all day and has had zero communication with their customers regarding the cause, estimated time to restore, or even just an acknowledgment that people still work for them.

@appifanie @Xfinity Yep. We have no alternative either and I’m also working from home. We’ve already dropped our tv down as much as possible. Our service is always terrible and we have so many outages. They won’t upgrade here so we have increased demand and crap service and they want more $$

@lavawitch @Xfinity Ugh our service is fairly reliable at least (knock on wood) but only since we bumped up speeds. At 100 mbps it was a slow, spotty disaster. Just dropped and lagged all the time.

Did a price comparison between @hulu and @comcast and found out it is cheaper to have a Comcast bundle than pay for Hulu live and an internet service. Plus I get more channels and a better quality DVR. LIVE TV streams are the new cable companies.

@comcastcares Where is this data that states that? Is it data gathered in the year 2020? If not then it's a complete fallacious. Also the data cap is a complete lie after reviewing my data usage the last six months online and never showing overages until this month. Stop lying to customers.

@comcast Just wondering why my internet is out? Just dropping at night the last few days and randomly during the day. Glad I pay for a service that is not being provided (pretty sure thats theft) and I'll be charged for someone to come look and can't or won't find a problem.
